The following High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Videos are provided curtesy of Grimsby Town Football Club.

Yorkshire RTC encourage all players to spend as much time as possible increasing their fitness at home.​

​20 Minute HIIT

  1. Pick 5 of the following HIIT Exercises

  2. Exercise for 20 seconds then have 10 seconds rest

  3. Do two 20 second sets before moving on to the next exercise of the 5 chosen

  4. Work for 5 minutes then have 2 minutes rest

  5. Do 3 sets of 5 minutes
