​20 Minute HIIT

Pick 5 of the following HIIT Exercises

Exercise for 20 seconds then have 10 seconds rest
-
Do two 20 second sets before moving on to the next exercise of the 5 chosen
-
Work for 5 minutes then have 2 minutes rest

Do 3 sets of 5 minutes
