1. All the following drills can be performed in an 8 x 8 metre square

2. Aim to do at least 2 different sessions daily

1. The Slalom

Work continuously for two minutes.

Reps - 3 to 4

1 minute between reps

 

2. The V

Work continuously for two minutes.

Reps - 3 to 4

1 minute between reps

 

3. Chop and Chase

Work continuously for two minutes.

Reps - 3 to 4

1 minute between reps

 

4. Ball Chase

Work continuously for two minutes.

Reps

2 x Clockwise

2 x Anticlockwise

1 minute between reps

 

5. Figure of 8 around the Clock

Work continuously for two minutes.

Reps

2 x dribble left, run forwards

2 x dribble right, run forwards

1 minute between reps

 

6. Round the Clock Chop

Work continuously for two minutes.

Reps - 3 to 4

Begin working left. When to get back to the beginning with the ball work right.
