Qualifications

​

FA Level 1 (minimum) - Must be hungry to learn and develop irrespective of qualification level.

​

RTC Coach/Manager Role Profile

​

The Coach/Manager will be required to deliver the following:

 

• Facilitate a two-hour training session on either a Tuesday or Wednesday in line with the clubs training plan.

• Manage their team competing in the Junior Premier League on a Saturday morning

• Be the single point of contact for a designated age group for parents. 

• Work with the club secretary to create two player feedback evaluations per season using the clubs “Player Review process.
