We have found, through our experience of developing young players over many years, that the attitude of players and the positive supportive environment provided by parents, coaches and club are essential for a player to achieve their potential.
The Player Review Snapshot process therefore includes a detailed review of the players Attitude, Mental Toughness, Professional Discipline and Positivity.

We also have a policy that aims to create a positive environment at training and at matches.
We recognise that making mistakes is part of the devleopment process and we believe that players make the most progress when they enjoy what they are doing.
We therefore support the FA Positivity initiative and encourage parents support in a positive way whilst watch matches.
