GUIDANCE

Please press the above button and work through the following steps​

• At the bottom of the page click CREATE AN ACCOUNT.

• Enter the registrant’s details (THE PLAYER) and your details (THE PARENT)* 

• When entering phone numbers please ensure to change the area/format to UK first.

• At the bottom of the page please enter your email address and the password you would like to use for our Gotsport account then click SIGN UP.

• Register - Please take care to click REGISTER next to your child’s name and NOT next to your name  (Failing to do so will result in complications with your registration).

• Profile - Follow the instructions adding information in all areas required.

• Parents - An additional parent/guardian can be added on this screen.

• Emergency Info - Add emergency contact information, medical and physician information.

• Select Club - Please ensure you select the correct club. (Failing to do so will result in complications with your registration)

• Registration - Please ensure you thoroughly read the JPL Code of Conduct before checking the box.

• Payment - £5.00 registration fee MUST be paid for the registration to be complete.

• Continue to checkout to make payment.

Upon successful payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the person registering, which will include access to the Parent Pack.
