• Parents - add parent/guardian if required and update parent/guardian details if required. 

• Emergency Info - Add/amend if required.

• Select Club - Please ensure you select the correct club. Failing to do so will result in complications with your registration.

• Registration - Please ensure you thoroughly read the JPL Code of Conduct before checking the box.

• Payment - £5.00 registration fee MUST be paid for the registration to be complete.

• Continue to checkout to make payment. 

 

Upon successful payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the person registering, which will include access to the Parent Pack.
