A mindset based on 'Development before Results'. A good coach will make his players see what they can be rather than what they are.

Demonstrate a passion and enthusiasm of the game that inspires and motivates our players at every interaction.

Supportive of the clubs goals and aspirations.
Qualifications
FA Level 2 (minimum)
RTC Coach/Manager Role Profile
The Coach/Manager will be required to deliver the following:

Facilitate a three-hour training session one night per week in line with the YRTC training plan.

Be the single point of contact for a designated age group for parents.

Organise Junior Premier League fixtures and squad selection for Saturday.

If no fixture is available, the coach/manager would be required to organise a friendly or hold a further two hour training session on a Saturday morning.

Work with the club secretary to create quarterly player feedback evaluations using the clubs “Player Feedback sheet” which covers 27 areas of the FA youth development criteria.

Attend quarterly meetings with the YRTC committee.
Remuneration
We offer a highly competitive return of £200 p/m (£2400 p/a).
