Emley AFC and YORKSHIRE REGIONAL TALENT CENTRE work in partnership to deliver the Emley AFC Academy programme.

The academy has A U18s and U21s team. Information about the U21s programme for next season will be released shortly. 

U18s PROGRAMME

The U18s team, which incorporates players in both the U17s and U18s age groups, compete in the advanced JUNIOR PREMIER LEAGUE. 

Between now and the start of the 2024/25 Season (Sep) trials and training will take place at Darton Academy (Barnsley) on Tuesdays from 6pm to 8pm. Additional trials/training sessions may also be held at Leeds Road Sports Complex (Huddersfield) on Thursday evenings.

From September 2024 the U18s training will move to Thursday evenings from 7pm to 9pm at the new 3G AstroTurf facility at Trinity Academy (just off Junction 37 of the M1). 

The Emley U18s squad will play half of their Junior Premier League fixtures home fixtures under the floodlights on Friday evenings at Emley's Fantastic Media Stadium.  The remaining home fixtures will be played on the AstroTurf at Trinity Academy or Dorothy Hyman Sports Centre on Saturdays.

We deal with many players. The Coaching team therefore find it helpful to have a photo to help them identify players during the trial period. This isn't a requirement but if you're happy to do so please have a head to chest photo ready to upload.
