It captures your contact details and provides you with information about Yorkshire RTC.

You'll also be asked to upload a photograph of the player. This is to help our coaching team identify players during the Trials process.
Therefore , please have a photograph similar to the example shown ready to upload.
The photo doesn't need to be an official passport photo or have a plain background but a decent quality shot, preferably in any football kit, would be helpful.
